INTERN PROGRAM

attachment 21

Helping You Build Your Future

Internships are offered in the summer and each semester.

Interns are placed on an Engineering Team or with a Survey Crew to get acquainted with all phases of Civil Engineering or Survey projects, from inception to completion, including office and field experiences.

In addition to the technical skills gained, interns also glean the personal and professional skills to prepare them for a professional job environment.

Our hope for this internship is that upon graduation, students are well-equipped to enter the workforce. We also hope, if a good fit, HMT will have a capable well-trained individual with a comprehensive understanding of our company culture and standards who could hit the ground running.
