Oakwood Estates is ±361.8-acre single family community composed of 19 Units with 900 single family lots. For the past 20 years, HMT has provided engineering and construction management services bringing Oakwood Estates quality of life to New Braunfels. The community is located on the Edwards Aquifer Recharge Zone and Watershed Protection Abatement Plans (WPAP) and Sewage Collection System (SCS) permits were developed and permitted through the TCEQ.
