Oak Run Subdivision is a single family residential development located in the northwest corner of New Braunfels at the intersection of SH 46 and Oak Run Parkway. HMT provided all engineering and surveying services for the development including – but not limited to – master plan design, construction staking, land planning and platting of all 21 units, streets and drainage, water and sewer, TCEQ permitting, boundary and topographic surveying, and client representation.
